SPECIAL CARE AND PREFERENCES
Please advise us if you are pregnant, nursing or have any other medical conditions, allergies, concerns or preferences such as male or female therapists when making your appointment.
ARRIVAL
We suggest that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment to allow sufficient time to check-in.
WHAT TO WEAR
Upon arriving at Tsingtao, you will be provided with a pair of slippers and accessing to lockers for your personl belongings. During all treatments your body will be fully draped except for the area being worked on in order to protect your modesty.
Our massage treatments are best enjoyed without clothing; however, you may leave your underwear on.
Disposable underwears are available upon request.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please leave your jewellery, cash, watches, mobile phones or other valuables items either at home or in your room for safekeeping. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items anywhere in spa.
CELL PHONES
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival, and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Any changes or cancellations made after this deadline, or no show without notice, will cause half price of the treatment get charged on you.
Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. For fairness to clients after you, your treatment will end on time so that other clients will not be affected. And the full value of your treatment will be applied.
GRATUITIES AND TAXES
For your convenience, applicable taxes will be added to your services based on the price listed on the website.
A 15% gratuity is recommended based on excellent level of service.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Cash, Debit, Credit, Apple Pay and AMEX. Personal Cheques and Credit cards given by Insurance company are not accepted. RMT Receipts are issued upon request as we do not do direct billing.
GIFT CERTIFICATE
Gift certificate issued by Tsingtao is redeemable only at original paper copy or digital copy. We are unable to redeem the gift certificate, or to process any returns or reimburse any type of payment transactions on gift certificates when it's lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Please mention your gift certificate when making appointment.
SPA PROMOTIONS
Spa special offers cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or 3rd party vouchers. Spa package price will not be valid when paying by vouchers / gift certificates issued by 3rd parties; original service price will be applied.
