We are so happy to welcome you back in our spa as we safely and gradually reopen! We have been insisting working hard to uphold the highest standard of customer service, treatment qualities and facility cleanness over years of operation. Today, we continue to commit to and ensure the health, safety and well-being of our clients and therapists as always.

 

In an effort to create a safe and comfortable spa environment, the measures we’ve been taken but not limit to:

• Disinfecting completely for all touch areas in treatment rooms after each treatment, such as workstations, massage tables, chairs, linens and spa products with medical-grade sanitization techniques and cleaners.

• Increasing accessibility of hand sanitizers for clients and therapists at multiple locations in spa. Ensuring complete and deep disinfecting of whole spa multiple times in a day.

• Ensuring our therapists are well trained to uphold the required disinfecting procedures related to all types of service performed before and after each treatment, and are well informed about stay safe or stay at home if not feeling well. Providing mandatory associate face coverings and daily health checks to all therapists before their work sessions.

• Telephone screening all clients’ health condition before making appointments.

• Limiting and reducing client numbers in spa. Maximum 2 people allowed in waiting area at the same time.

• Temporarily suspending refreshments or tea served in spa.

 

At the meantime, we kindly ask that all clients please adhere to the following expectations:

• If you have positive sign of COVID-19, or have close contact with person who is a confirmed case of COVID-19, feeling sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have traveled recently, please kindly let us know any time prior to your treatment and we will be happily assisting rescheduling your appointment.

• Please use sanitizer or wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds upon arrival at the spa.

• Wear masks during whole time in the spa.

 

Tsingtao Wellness Spa will continue monitor the situation closely and will provide on-going updates as well.
