If you have opted to pick up the paper version of the gift certificate in-store, you will receive a follow-up email or phone call once it is ready. At that time, you can also make the payment using any accepted method in our store.

E-Gift Certificate:

For those who have chosen to pay via E-Transfer and receive the digital gift certificate via email, please ensure that your E-Transfer for the specified amount or service item price can be sent to TsingtaoEMT@gmail.com before submitting your order. Allow us 4-8 business hours to process your E-Transfer payment and email you the digital gift certificate attachment. Please note that delays may occur if the E-Transfer payment is unsuccessful.

Gift Certificate Term & Conditions:

• The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded after delivery, converted to another service or amount if not applicable, or combined with any other spa offers.

• It cannot be reissued or replaced if lost, stolen, or misplaced. The gift certificate is valid only when the signed paper copy is presented upon your arrival for the scheduled service.

• An appointment is required, and we kindly ask that you adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy and other spa policies.
